Great host! Diogo was very polite and accommodated our needs on short notice. He delivered the 2017 Kia Soul right to our door and picked it up when we were done. He was flexible when we needed extra days and the vehicle was clean and pleasant to drive. I would definitely recommend renting from this host as he is honest, kind and thoughtful. 5 stars!

Regarding the front flap noise, I reviewed the pre-trip photos and the front wheel well liner was intact at check-in. It appears something may have been hit during the trip, causing the liner to tear and create the noise. I appreciate you letting me know about it and wish you safe travels on your future trips.
