A light was on the dash, the breaks were extremely touchy (slamming every time I pressed it). Host stated car was well serviced, just felt unsafe.
We appreciate your feedback, Marissa. we informed you that the Auto Stop/Start light was on and that it does not affect the vehicle’s drivability or safety. The Jeep was fully operational during and after your trip. The brakes are professionally serviced and responsive by design, not defective or “slamming.” Although towing was requested by you, the vehicle was able to drive normally and returned in good condition. It was rented again shortly after with no reported issues.

Back up camera only worked sometimes. Communication was a little lacking, I wish they would have sent a message after booking to state when to expect the pick up instructions. We had to pay $14 when exiting the airport lot, which is fine, but I wish that would have been clearly stated in the listing so I knew to expect that.

Great car overall! The gas mileage was really good, and the ride was smooth and comfortable. Communication throughout the process was easy and clear. I’d definitely recommend!
