Pickup was ok- but it would be nice to have the lock box code more than 15 min prior to trip starting - for example - if your flight lands a few min early. Other than that- it was great!
Hi Kimberly. your trip start time is when your rental period and insurance begins. If you will be arriving earlier than your trip start time you can request a change to start your trip earlier. You received a message the day before your trip start stating that you would receive the pickup instructions 15 minutes before your trip start time. Since you did not fly into the airport you could have requested an earlier start time at that time if you needed it. Thank you!
