The car was perfect for my family! It was clean and the pick up and return was very smooth and easy. The host’s communicate very quickly and answer any questions you have! Will definitely book again.

Let me start off by saying the car itself was BEAUTIFUL and there were no issues. Car itself was 5/5, loved it. Customer service on the other hand, needs some work. We booked our vehicle to be picked up and dropped off at TPA airport. After flying in from Cleveland, I get a message from one of the many hosts saying the vehicle is parked at a completely different location in which they casually sent me the address. “We’ll cover the cost of your uber” was sent as our solution. Which is a joke because I was renting car seats from the company for my young children. To transport them SAFELY. When I asked for other solutions or the car to be brought to me, the hosts left me on read and told me they were unable to bring me the vehicle as booked. With no other solutions and I’m assuming I wasn’t going to be given a refund to book elsewhere, I was stuck. I had to leave my husband with my 3 young children (ages 4, 2, and 7 months) to take an uber to retrieve the vehicle. The address they sent me was to a hotel with a million vehicles parked, I had absolutely no clue where to find the Jeep. I had to walk around multiple buildings where I found a lot of other vehicles with lock boxes. Great, did I just come and pick up the car from where they store them? Between this and getting stuck in stop and go traffic on the way back to the airport, it took me nearly two hours to get back to my family. When I asked for compensation or any form of anything, all the host would send me was “I’m so sorry your trip started off this way”. It is absolutely frustrating to be left on read, with minimal to no solutions, and no compensation. The rental costs too much money to have had to experience this kind of error. One of the many hosts explained “we’re not permitted to park at the TPA airport”; then why are we allowing for people to book their pick up there? Please make that make sense. I will be contacting Turo directly as this is absolutely not okay. All I can say is thank god I didn’t travel with my kids alone and in need of car seats. I couldn’t imagine traveling in an uber in that kind of traffic with no car seats and jeopardizing the safety of my family. And note, many hosts sent me similar yet different drop off instructions. That is something that needs to be ironed out as well as I didn’t want to return the vehicle incorrectly
