iván was wonderful! my original rental had some issues with the AC and he was very accommodating, letting me use another rental of his. the car worked well and communication was good.

No horn, no proof of insurance, air conditioning didn't always work.

We fixed the horn — it is now working.
Regarding the A/C: we inspected it, and it is fully functional. The car has an auto stop function, and when the vehicle stops at a red light, the engine turns off; during this time, the A/C also stops working. You can turn off the auto stop system using the button near the shifter.
We will replace the wipers.
Proof of insurance is available in your booking, and we also placed the documents in the car. We will double -check this.
