I would like to be honest about my experience. While the rental process itself was smooth, the condition of the vehicle was very disappointing. The car was delivered extremely dirty, both inside and out, and it had a smell of cigarette smoke, which made the experience quite unpleasant.

We absolutely loved the Audi. The only complaint was the fact that it was very dirty inside and out and there were a few dings on the back. The customer service made up for any shortcomings. I will most definitely rent from them again when I return.
