Horrible experience!!!
Unresponsive host.!!
Car has been dropped hour after my trip supposed to start causing me delay with huge traffic on 285 around 4pm. I’ve planned to go to FL and to get there by midnight. Because of the late drop off I got there not before 7am next day! It was a really bad experience. I won’t book with this host again.

To be honest I did inform you that I was running behind that day and plus it was 35mins late you asked can you get it earlier that’s when I informed you that I was running late. Also when I got it back I had to get the inside cleaned there trash left and all
