What started as an incredibly stressful situation ended up restoring our faith in great customer service.
About a week before our camping trip, we reserved a Jeep through Enterprise using our bank rewards points. We received a confirmation, our points were deducted, and everything appeared to be set. Then, just a few days before our trip, we called Enterprise with a simple question about delivery. That’s when they told us they didn’t have a Jeep…and, even worse, they didn’t have any vehicle available for the entire week.
Needless to say, we were beyond disappointed.
Our daughter Megan suggested we try Turo, a service we had never even heard of. That’s when we found Topless Touring LLC, and everything changed.
From the very first conversation, this family-owned business treated us like we mattered. They normally deliver within about a 25-mile radius, but after hearing what had happened, they willingly drove 50 miles to bring our Jeep directly to our campground.
When they arrived, they didn’t just hand over the keys and leave. They took the time to walk us through every feature of the Jeep, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were completely comfortable before heading home.
To top it all off, they had a thoughtful welcome basket waiting for us inside the vehicle.
During our conversation, we learned that the owner’s dad is a retired Navy veteran. After learning about our military background, they graciously offered us a military discount. We declined because, honestly, they had already gone so far above and beyond that we felt they deserved every penny. Their kindness and generosity spoke volumes.
In today’s world, exceptional customer service is becoming harder to find. Topless Touring didn’t just meet our expectations—they completely exceeded them.
