Car was clean. Lacks communication, refused to return my property I left behind in rental. Real quick to send an invoice though.

Procedure procedure is the most important. being present when vehicle is being returned is most important. for situations like this. right there and then if you present when returning the car instead of leave the keys stashed inside the car and how am I supposed to give you anything back in the first place? Sitting in parking lot, trying to get a hold of you only to be late to my next back to back booking. Any other company would have you come to them to pick up the item. To deliver 150$
Car was great! The only problem was that the car was dropped off over 1 hour late.
