The vehicle itself was great and we had no issues with the car. Unfortunately, our experience with host was disappointing. There was a question, dispute regarding parking fees that when it was questioned, the matter was escalated rather than being resolved.
We returned the car in good condition and on time but the communication Handling left us disappointed with the overall experience.

Communication required significant time to resolve a parking fee question. Guest was unfamiliar with Turo's parking fee reimbursement policy and raised concerns about a $4 airport exit fee at pickup. I explained the policy and reimbursement process multiple times over two days, provided screenshots from Ask Turo referencing the policy, and offered a phone call to clarify further. Based on this experience, I would not host this guest again.
The car was gorgeous and easy. Would absolutely use this car and these hosts again!
