Host was kind but car was absolutely terrible with cigarette smoke. Host promised to detail for the next person and gave us a discount.
I apologize for the cigarette smoke odor. I already had the vehicle professionally cleaned once, but unfortunately the smell did not completely go away.
I wanted to explain the situation. I will try again to remove the odor as soon as possible. I do not smoke myself—the smell was left behind by previous guests who smoked in the vehicle.
