Very friendly and responsive! Helped me extend my trip and walked me through the steps patiently.
My only small complaint isn’t so much about the car owner. More so the app. I was confused about how the process worked on the app at the start of my trip and the end of my trip. I wasn’t sure on the procedures or what I was supposed to do when I got the car and dropped it off. Idk if that’s an app problem or a car company problem but making things simple and more streamlined I think would be helpful. This is coming from someone who just used this service for the first time.

The car was the perfect size for our trip. Plenty of room for 3 suitcases, and lots of extras!

It was a very nice ride other than when I got in the car. It kinda stinks a little bit, but that’s OK. It happens. I got the car cleaned and now it smells nice.😁
