An outstanding experience from start to finish! It had been over two years since I last used Turo, and Gnath made returning to the platform a pleasure. He was punctual, courteous, and professional throughout. I especially appreciated his clear, proactive communication, which made the entire rental process smooth and straightforward.
You can tell he takes pride in the service he provides. That care shows in both his customer-centric approach and how well he maintains his vehicle. Whenever I need another rental through Turo, his vehicle will be the first one I look for. Highly recommend!
