Drivers side rear tire kept losing air. Put air in 3 times over the duration of the trip. When braking the steering wheel shakes.

Arnell was very polite and communicated very well throughout the trip. However, the car could use some maintenance. It’s had a slow leak in rear. The brakes shook when coming to a stop, and there were times I was worried the car might break down. Due to the importance of my trip, I was not able to cancel and book another vehicle. I called arnell and asked was the car safe for long distance travel arnell confirmed the car was. Also, do not expect a full tank of gas at pickup, although I’m not sure if that was a one-time issue.
The car was cleaned and wiped with disinfectant throughout the cars touch points. There is absolutely no reason why you would think the car is about to cut off. Perhaps you’re confusing that with my automatic stop and start at stop lights. That can simply be turned off by a button. You were nearly an HOUR LATE for pickup and DROP OFF. Incredibly unprofessional and unappreciative of my truck.

Host was very nice and the car was very clean. Only issue we had was finding broken glass shards in the trunk space to the left when we were packing things for a weekend trip.
