Fernado and his associates provided an absolutely topnotch experience! From the moment I booked through Turo, everything was smooth and easy. Pickup was simple, communication was excellent, and Fernado was very quick to respond whenever I had questions.
The vehicle itself was amazing! It was a smooth, luxurious, and incredibly enjoyable ride, with features that made the entire trip even more fun all at a fraction of the cost of a traditional luxury rental.
As someone who really values great customer service, I truly appreciated how helpful, professional, and communicative Fernado was throughout the entire experience. I had absolutely no issues, and everything exceeded my expectations.
