The car was drivable, but several issues made the experience disappointing: Apple CarPlay did not work, the AC often blew room-temperature air during a heat wave, the moonroof was damaged without prior notice, the rear windshield wiper was missing, and the trunk was difficult to operate. We also requested a car seat for our one-year-old but received a booster seat. Overall, the vehicle did not meet the condition or amenities we reasonably expected. We kept the car to avoid the hassle of switching vehicles, though it had more problems than expected from the listing. The owner was kind and helpful when reachable, and we hope the safety concerns and communication about existing damage are addressed for future renters.
