Car was not up to quality, vehicle has engine oil issues and leak all over my brand new garage leaving a huge stain, added gas and didn’t last for not even a small drive it sucked all the gas down with the oil issue. Wasn’t safe to drive and complete the trip. Please refund my gas that I added to the car

I rent from Turo very often. This probably was my least favorite rental to be honest. When I picked up the car it looked like the host just ran it through the wash without even drying but not a big deal right. Additionally there was absolutely no communication from the host from when I picked up the car and dropped off the car there were no instructions sent or communicated. When returning the car the host was not even home to pick up the keys. Tried to communicate with him by knocking the door ringing the bell mind you I had left him a message in the beginning too of my arrival time. Then I had to call the host after I looked up his number multiple times until finally he answers without any apology he just says leave the keys under the door mat. Later on a day after the host decided to report that I returned the car with less gas…. This guy put $10 for refueling, $10 for inconvenience fee charging me $20… like seriously???? The audacity to make me go through all of that then charging me more.. yeah never booking with this host again. Best of luck!

delivered with low fuel, and little flexibility on time
Mr. Eugene was late three hours, he refused to follow simple directions as returning the car at the same he picked it up. We waited for him for about three hours the day of the pickup and he also returned at different locations than the location he picked up the car.
