The Tesla drove great and was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and communication was good throughout the rental. My only minor issue was that the digital key wasn’t shared, which I’ve experienced differently with other Tesla rentals, so having to use the physical key was a little less convenient.
I also felt that the host seemed a bit hesitant when I requested an extension, which made me feel like extending the rental may have been an inconvenience. Overall, the car was great and I had a good rental experience.
