The car and host were great. It took me half an hour to find a parking stall at PS airport and a delay getting the lock box code from E. The car was parked before 11 am but any delay was due to the lack of easily accessible lock box code.
All airport check-in instructions were uploaded to the app before your trip start and Turo will sent automatically.You didn’t receive it because you did not finish DL verification on app,which we already reminded all guest in welcome messages.
We also provided a clear map pin for the vehicle location, which should make it easy to find. If you had trouble using the app, please contact customer support, as all information was provided on our end.
