Awesome experience! The car was super new, clean, and had FSD, which was a great bonus. The host was very friendly and responsive, and speaks both English and Chinese. Pickup and drop-off were easy and smooth. Would definitely rent again!

Very clean car and very professional service was provided including quick response times to any questions or problems. I do wish they had provided a key card but I was fine using my phone for access to start and lock car. This could be problematic to any renter unfamiliar with teslas. Otherwise excellent!
