The vehicle itself was clean, well-maintained, and drove great. However, after dropping it off early and confirming with the host that it was checked out, the host pursued a damage claim for a scratch that occurred after I parked the car and confirmed with host that it was checked out. Check-out photos proved my innocence, but dealing with the false post-trip claim ruined the experience.
This vehicle was purchased brand new just two months ago and had absolutely no scratches or damage before your trip. Before handing over the vehicle, there were no scratches at all, and this car has consistently received 5-star reviews from previous guests.
Both my check-in photos and your own check-in photos clearly show that this very visible scratch was not there at the beginning of the trip.
