The car itself was great and the trip went smoothly. The vehicle was clean, in good condition, and exactly as described.
However, communication with the host was disappointing. Responses were often very delayed, and at times it was difficult to get information or assistance when needed. This made the rental experience more stressful than it should have been.
Overall, the car was excellent, but the host’s communication needs improvement.

Great car. Really easy/fun to drive and roomy. The only issue is on the messaging. A step was skipped on arrival to approve my license which delayed pick up on a very hot day. On drop off we received a message after we dropped off someone was there to pickup. Nothing major and recommend the car just a little better communication, especially on hot days, would make this 5 stars.
