I’ve always had excellent experience .. unfortunately this car I picked up at the Ontario airport parking lot terminal 2 I was not told that I had to pay $10 to remove the car out of the parking lot. I would assume the owners would get validated because the customer is not responsible for that. The attendance at the parking area advise that yes you have to pay in order for them to let the car out. The parking lot. It can go as high as $30 so be careful..

The car was delivered to the parking lot at your scheduled reservation time. However, according to Turo’s rules, guests are responsible for parking fees after the reservation start time. The car was also not picked up at the scheduled time.🙏👋

This was one of the easiest and best Turo experiences I’ve had! The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, comfortable, and ran flawlessly throughout my trip.
