Very bad service with Turo this is my first time car rental with Turo my car got overheated we stopped the car immediately at the gas station trying calling customer support we were on call over 3 hours in freezing temperature sitting in the car no tow truck service were available as well as Uber

Somebody extended the Cherokee and host offered me there BMW X5 for no extra charge and it was a nice ride drove super smooth and turned heads lol. I took it on a road trip to Gatlinburg TN. However the check engine light did come on but all together nice ride nice host will rent again
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
