Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The Porsche Cayenne was an incredible vehicle. Beautiful, comfortable, and an absolute pleasure to drive. It performed flawlessly throughout the entire trip, and I couldn’t have been happier with the vehicle.
What truly made this experience exceptional, though, was the host’s outstanding customer service. Just 10 minutes before my scheduled return time, I arrived at the airport only to discover that my flight had unexpectedly been canceled and rescheduled for the following morning. Despite the extremely short notice, the host was incredibly understanding, accommodating, and willing to work with me to extend the rental until the next morning.
That level of flexibility and genuine consideration made an otherwise stressful situation so much easier, and I sincerely appreciate it. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond for their guests, especially when unexpected circumstances arise at the very last minute.
I cannot recommend both this Porsche Cayenne and the host highly enough. An exceptional vehicle, outstanding hospitality, and a truly five star experience. I would absolutely rent from this host again without hesitation!
