This rental car was one of the best rentals I ever had in addition I was very pleased and also the host was very good and respectful I recommend Mr Richmond rentals anytime 10/10

Would not rent from this host again. The vehicle had multiple warning lights on during the trip which the host is aware of, including tire pressure issues, and it was also due for an oil change. We had an issue with me being behind on return due to things that came up naturally. Instead of handling concerns professionally, the host immediately became aggressive and started threatening legal action over a late return despite me communicating the situation ahead of time and professionally.
The interaction felt hostile and unnecessarily confrontational. I understand delays can be frustrating, but professionalism and basic customer service matter too. Overall, not a good experience.
