The car was what I needed for my trip, and overall the ride was okay. Unfortunately, the vehicle had a noticeable cigarette/smoke odor, which I reported to the host immediately. The car also was not as clean as expected, as there were ashes/tobacco residue in the center console. The ride itself was okay, although it was a little bumpy. Overall, the vehicle served its purpose, but the cleanliness and smoke odor were disappointing.
