Susan was an outstanding host. She was very flexible with both the pickup and drop-off times, which made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. She also provided helpful information about the vehicle and how to make the most of it.
The car was exceptionally clean—it looked as if no one had ever driven it before. It was well-maintained, and Susan even included a multi-style phone charger, which was a thoughtful touch.
The car was fun to drive, very nifty, and I absolutely loved the blue color. If I ever need to rent a vehicle again, I would definitely rent from Susan. She is professional, accommodating, and made the entire experience a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!
