DREW TOOK CARE OF US FROM THE START TO THE FINISH. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE FROM DAY 1 WHEN I RENTED THE JEEP FROM HIM AS THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME USING TURO. HE MET US AT THE AIRPORT WITH THE DELIVERY. HE WALKED ME THREW HOW TO DO ALL THE PRE TURO PROCESSES. HE MADE SURE I KNEW THAT I COULD GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS THROUGH OUT OUR VACATION. FINALLY, THE TURNOVER WAS AS EASY AS THE PICK-UP. I WOULD RECOMMEND DREW AND THIS JEEP 100% OF THE TIME IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION.
