Car is not properly documented with insurance and registration. Car smelled like marijuana.
The car is properly documented and up to date. The car smells like marijuana because of inconsiderate guests who violates that rule, no fault of ours. You returned the vehicle less than full and in the wrong parking lot with no communication.
