When i picked up the vehicle i was sent a message about the vehicle being non smoking vehicle which i appreciated because i dont smoke and detest the smell. However, the vehicle wasn’t cleaned at all before i picked it up and Also had a faint odor of smoke. When i sent pictures and
told him it wasn’t cleaned it wasn’t even acknowledged . As someone who was in the car rental industry, i understand things get hectic but at least acknowledge a complaint and the customer . I wasn’t asking for anything in return. I was just stating part of my experience. I would book this vehicle again with hopes of it just being cleaned next time and doesn’t smell like smoke.
