Pickup location was very difficult to find

I make every effort to provide clear directions and hands-on assistance when needed, and I’ll continue looking for ways to make pickup as easy as possible for every guest.
Pickup from the airport was easy, car was just as described. Would recommend and rent again! Very friendly and helpful host.
