Other than the crack in the windshield, it was a great car. Really appreciate the unlimited miles too. Should probably disclose about the crack though.. Thank you again!

Vehicle had a crack in the windshield that was distracting for the driver. Unfortunately, I was not made aware of this until I was on the plane leaving for our trip. Also, more information would have been helpful to locate the vehicle. Pictures were provided but host offered very limited written instructions compared to other times that I used Turo. Also, was expecting car to be unlocked when we got to it and it wasn’t. Luckily, the host remotely opened it fairly quickly, but added to the frustration. The vehicle itself was nice, very comfortable, but disappointed with the other issues that we experienced.

Pick up was easy. Nice interior and drives smoothly. Windshield had a Crack across the front. Would recommend to confirm with host it has been repaired before next drive.

The car is spacious very clean and in brand new shape the only thing was that the windshield was cracked upon renting but other that the owner was great and informative I would rent this vehicle again for a family road trip and it’s unlimited mileage so it was perfect

The Palisade was a great fit for my family and I. Martin and his family were very generous, he did mention the front glass needing to be repaired when I picked it up. Overall great vehicle and the unlimited miles is what really helped a lot.
