Cars are cars, and unfortunately sometimes things break. As soon as we found out there was an issue, we took care of it and delivered another vehicle so the guest could continue his trip. It’s disappointing to receive a 1-star review after doing everything we could to make it right. The replacement came back completely empty, and both vehicles were left dirty and smelling like weed. We understand the frustration, but the full story matters when leaving a review.
