The car needed an alignment very badly with the driver’s side tire being bald and the passenger’s side having plenty of tread. I notified the host Jerod and he didn’t even try to fix the situation. He started talking about never having any complaints and the car maybe needing an oil change. He should have took accountability and offered to either pay for a new tire and alignment or reimburse me. The car was not safe over 60 mph and shook. He put my entire family at risk by not being safe or accountable. Yes the car is older, but it would have been fine with proper upkeep.

This is an exaggerated claim from a guest who is not a licensed mechanic. The tire was replaced. End of story.
Car was exactly as described, reasonably priced, and the owner was very responsive and professional. Would definitely rent again.
