I had an issue with a smoke smell in the vehicle. The host was accommodating and did offer to chemical bomb and return it to me but I didn't want to take the risk. It's unfortunate that drivers do this in vehicles that have a no smoking policy, but I felt like it should have been taken care of during cleaning before delivering to me.
