Very easy pick up and drop off. Host was very understanding when it came to needing to extend my trip and to unlock the car the few times when I had locked the keycard in the car😅 (I didn’t choose the Tesla app option). Car ran nicely and I enjoyed having it in my possession😇

This was my first time using Turo and I was a little unsure of how it was going to be. The selection of options was great. The Model Y was an excellent choice for a weeklong trip. My family and I enjoyed using the features including the AI generated stories by Grok. It made the long car trips really entertaining and engaging for everyone. Tony was very helpful and responsive, from check in to drop off he provided lots of clarification. I enjoyed the experience.
