Car had a few issues due to wear and tear. The air conditioning takes around 30 minutes to cool the whole vehicle in the AZ heat. Both rear window shades are broken. The left rear headrest is broken and won’t stay up which makes the seat unusable. The lane keep assist does not work and there is a shimmy in the front at highway speeds. The car was otherwise comfortable and pickup/return were easy.

The air conditioning didn’t work very well because you didn’t have the A/C on. You had the fan only on. User error.
