Car was great. Smooth transaction. My only negative was that airport parking was $38 even though parking has a daily max of $19. I have traveled to Phoenix airport many times and never paid over $19 for Turo parking. I was only reimbursed $6 for parkibg by Turo .

All was good. Car was excellent. Parking fee to leave airport was more than I expected.

The car was high quality. The service was quick to respond. The primary issue is that I had initially requested an airport pickup and drop off when booking. But the office 22 min away was selected. Despite the description/details page reading as if the drop off/pickup would be airport an additional fee was added of around $100 USD to adjust only the drop off, the pickup could not be accommodated and I had to get a $50 Uber.
