The car broke down in the middle of my trip, with my family there, I had to return my vehicle at 6am.
The host was not also aware of the process to follow after the incident, I ended up over the phone over 2h with Turo getting a replacement vehicle which by the way had to be the same price range despite having less seats and cargo capacity.
On top of that Turo won’t cover any of the miles pending from my reservation.
Customer service from Turo will spend more time finding loopholes in the policy rather than helping you out getting you a new vehicle.
And Last but not least all reservations was not refundable

Your review contains several inaccuracies. The Yukon did not break down. A running board motor became noisy after you hit something, yet you drove it from Flagstaff to Chandler.
At 5 AM, you repeatedly rang my doorbell and banged on my door (about 10 times) in a hostile manner demanding to return it, and I still accommodated you immediately. As a fellow Turo host, you know Turo, not hosts, controls refunds and replacement vehicles. My 5-star history speaks for itself.
Vehicle clean and well maintained. Enjoyed driving this vehicle. Would not hesitate to rent this vehicle or from this host!

This is my second time renting the GMC Yukon from Andrew. It’s a beautiful truck. Very well maintained and it’s a pleasure to drive. Very comfortable, more than large enough for a family 4 with lots of luggage. Andrew is very communicative and easy to work with. You won’t be disappointed. 5 stars.
