Car is a pig on gas and this host is terrible with prior information until the last minute
I believe this client was upset that he was charged for not refueling the vehicle, as it appears he was hoping to avoid a $90 gas bill. The only last-minute communication change was that I added a lockbox to the vehicle so he could access it easily without needing to text me. If that makes me worthy of one star, then guilty as charged. All other communications are automated and sent out the day before. -Nick :-)
