Car looks worn down the fog light on the driver side was broken the car smelled when driving preventative maintenance was not kept up on the vehicle on day 3 of the trip the car started to over heat being a mechanic i immediately pulled over and to let it cool down and let the host know what was going on didn’t seem to care much advised there was no coolant in the vehicle and had to spend my own money to buy coolant host didn’t even offer to reimburse for working on the car while on vacation and honestly made me feel uneasy the rest of the trip not the comfy luxury I was expecting to get out of this will not be renting from host again
Im sorry to hear you didn’t have a great experience renting from me. When you brought the car over heating to my attention. I responded with asking you questions as if the car was overheating or if any check engine light or anything. Which you stated there wasn’t you said the gauge was just rising up and down.. you proceeded to put your own coolant in. If the vehicle smelled bad and was such an issue I wish you would’ve expressed concerns the moment you felt this way. Thx for the feedback

Overall great experience! Good communication! Car was reliable and sharp looking. Rashad had great communication throughout the whole process. Pickup and drop off was seamless. Would definitely rent the Escalade again
