I would like a refund for a whole day. This has been a nightmare. The car I got notice the night before was in an accident I didn’t know until I picked it up the bumper was damaged. I was driving the car the whole back window fell apart so dangerous. I would like a refund for this horrible ordeal. I had to wait for over 2 hours with a crashed window for a tow truck. I am so disappointed in this whole mess.

The bumper damage was disclosed before pickup, and a vehicle swap was offered. When the rear windshield issue occurred, we responded right away and arranged transportation through our AAA membership while coordinating assistance.
We understand this was frustrating and appreciate your patience. Your safety was our top priority throughout the process.
