The car was parked so conveniently near the terminal with impeccable instructions for locating it. The car was clean and perfectly suited for our 10 day rental. Highly recommend and would definitely rent again.

Car saved us money on gas but we were stressed about popping a tire. Tire pressure sensor went on on day 2 out of 10 and we had to refill the right rear tire twice. Front tires are bare and require replacing. Renter told us he would be traveling and that there would be a delay but didn’t respond to messages about said light until four days later. He was responsive to recommendation to replace tires but this definitely added stress to our trip, considering we were traveling 1,000 miles, including to Ouray via the Million Dollar Highway. Luckily no blow outs. Car was otherwise as advertised.

Sorry about your stress. I took it to tire shop and they said there is a nail. There is not much I can do when you run over nail.
