Was late getting the car late getting to my job
Eric •
Eric, we sincerely apologize for the delay with your pickup and the inconvenience it caused. Unfortunately, the previous guest returned the vehicle late, which affected our ability to have it ready at the scheduled time. We understand how important punctuality is, especially when you have work obligations. We appreciate your feedback and are making adjustments to prevent this from happening again.
Had an issue, but they were quick to resolve.
