Car 6 stars beautiful, quiet, powerful yet elegant. Larry (host) amazing, cool, calm, reassuring and understanding.. if I could give you 10 stars I would! Thank you again for everything! The more I use Turo, the more I realize the car is only a small portion of the experience. The host is what can make or break the entire experience. I rented the car to travel to work meetings that of course ran way over time. To extend the car two additional hours was going to be $96 Larry had every right to charge me this by Turos reasoning. However he knew the few hours didn’t affect him at all or cost him anything extra. And went above and beyond. He reached out to Turo and let them know he included 3 hours at no charge! Those three hours were the difference between me rushing in a panic all day trying to still make my other work stops. It allowed me to focus on my work not on a ticking clock wondering if my car would turn into a pumpkin on the drive home. I was able to relax and calmly drive home even had time to grab dinner on the way: Truly Larry thank you for going above and beyond!!!
