The address for you to pick up your car is Castro Valley bart station and I will put the keys in a coded box. You can pick up the car yourself. According to Turo's rules, please take two photos to authenticate in the app 24 hours before the trip starts. 1) A close-up copy of your driver's license (you can cover the first few numbers). 2) A photo of yourself holding your license next to your face. Much appreciated.
Guidelines
Child safety seats are provided, and a reminder is added the day before the trip. With FasTrak in the car, the Bay Area Express Pass is sent to you after the bill.

Overall experience was good, check in, check out, and communication was easy. The only thing we noticed was that the break pads could go through maintenance. Otherwise it was an easy and smooth experience.

Host communication 10/10! However this car needs maintenance.. the brakes are going out & oil change needed!

The oil was changed, just the sticker is missing. The brake pad sensor says it is safe, and the mechanic checked it and it is safe.
