Great car! The windows were dirty when we picked up but we were able to clean them.

Jiaxin and Jack were very gracious hosts and their car ran smooth and was very clean. Pick up was confusing but that was our fault as it was our first time in SJ and didnt know the terminal parking lots. When we come back again, we for sure will use them. Thanks again!

For airport pickups, both hosts and guests are required to follow Turo and airport regulations, so vehicles must be parked in designated areas.

The car itself was in good condition and worked well overall. Communication with the host was primarily through the app, which was efficient, though a bit limited for more detailed or conversational questions.
The return instructions could be clarified slightly, as there was some extra information that seemed a bit confusing at first. It looks like this may have been due to translated or template-based instructions.
One note for future renters: Apple CarPlay was not available, so it’s helpful to bring a USB–USB-C cable if you plan to connect your phone. Overall, a smooth rental experience with just a few small areas that could be improved for clarity and communication.

Communication is kept in the app so everything stays clear and easy to reference for both sides. I also share the exact parking location with photos before pickup, and send clear return instructions before the end of each trip.
