The host was very responsive and provided great customer service throughout the rental. The vehicle was exactly as described and was overall in good condition. The only downsides were that it wasn’t quite as clean as I expected, and the brakes were squeaking a bit, so it seemed like the vehicle could use a little maintenance. Overall, I had a good experience and appreciated the host’s communication and professionalism.
