Very detailed directions on pickup

Front windshield had 2 large cracks extending almost full width. Would not repair, or provide alternative rental.
I felt very unsafe. Toro advertisements say rent a car, not a rental. Next time please give me a rental.
Sorry to hear you felt unsafe, but this is an inaccurate statement. We consistently and in a timely manner responded, let the guest know of the crack ahead of the trip, offered options to get it fixed during the trip, but did not have another vehicle to replace.

The car was clean and ran perfectly throughout the trip. The host was very nice, responsive, and made the process easy with clear instructions.
The only minor issues were that the charger outlet didn’t work and there was a slight odor from the AC. Also, the vehicle was not parked directly at the airport, but the shuttle was quick and easy to use.
Overall, great experience and I would book again.
